Judith has over 25 years experience in human resources with a depth of experience in conducting search and recruitment assignments for senior executives in both the private and public sectors.
Judith is an experienced facilitator of workshops with a focus on human resources strategy and team building. She is an experienced Board member and is regularly engaged to assist Boards and Councils facilitate performance assessments of CEOs. Judith has a particular depth of knowledge of the local government, not-for-profit and professional services sectors and has an extensive track record of providing valued advice and executive search and selection in these sectors. Judith's strong networks in these sectors and the relationships of trust and respect she has built up over many years mean she is well positioned to source candidates who are the right fit for a role. In fact, Judith takes particular pride in finding the right candidate for the right job and says this is one of the most satisfying parts of her work. |

Judith has a Bachelor of Arts and teaching qualifications. She is an accredited MBTI facilitator, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Judith is the founding director of Judith Carpenter and Associates (JCA) and has over 25 years experience in human resource consulting and the recruitment and selection of of senior executives and middle managers.
Judith has worked with leading Australian and multi-national companies in banking and finance, insurance, professional services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, information technology, telecommunications, retail and business services sectors. She has worked extensively with local , state and federal government organisations as well as the not-for-profit sector. Prior to establishing JCA, Judith worked as a consultant for KPMG, Price Waterhouse Urwick, and a number of boutique consultancies. |
